We are the only agency in WA that operates with a monthly fixed fee for property management. Regardless of whether your property is receiving $500 or $1500 a week in rental income, our landlords all pay the same fee for our services.
This fee covers everything from online advertising and routine inspections, to your ingoing and outgoing report and annual summary tax statements. In even better news for landlords, we won’t charge the fee until your tenant has moved in and commenced regular rental payments.
Honor Borg – Licensee/Managing Director
Honor leads the CVue team as Licensee/Managing Director and has been in the real estate industry for over 21 years. She has a strong passion for property sales and management, and her business focuses on providing excellent customer service. Honor started her career at a local western suburbs agency, where she quickly became their Licensee & Director of Asset Management.
After growing that portfolio to over 600 properties, Honor took the opportunity to move her and the family to Darwin to open up a Relocation Agency. Soon after, she opened a Property Management Company, CVue Property Managers. But Perth called them back home, so they sold the family-run business and started again in Subiaco in 2017, which is when the One Fixed Fee Premium Property Management began. Honor has two gorgeous boys, Marlon & Obi and husband, Alistair who owns Rumble Boxing Subiaco.
After the success of the property management services, Honor has seen a gap in the market in Property Sales. With the trust and long term relationship she has built across her portfolio, she found herself successful in Property Sales as well. This has led to CVue Property offering both Property Sales & Property Management.
Richard Causer – Senior Property Manager
Having worked in Property Management for over 4 years in residential, commercial and holiday homes, Richard has developed a passion for the real estate industry and meeting the needs of Tenants and Owners.
Living in Dunsborough for over 10 years, Richard recently moved back to Perth and is enjoying exploring the city again, with its live theatre, fine dining and festivals & events. He looks forward to building a strong foundation to grow in Perth and developing his career through CVue Property in the years to come.
