From the beginning Honor has been very professional and prompt in answering my queries and extremely helpful in navigating the situation before the property had even gone through settlement.
Richard has been an absolute star in managing the property especially with the difficult tenants (we have both repeatedly agree that all legal requirements have to be met and wanting to be fair to both landlord and tenant). Richard is always proactive, very quick to respond and great listener. Needless to say, his work ethics/professionalism is really impressive and commendable.
I switched PM due to cost, though I must admit their fixed management fee has worked well.
