We strive to make property management as simple as possible, and know how annoying sneaky hidden fees can be! That’s why CVue Property operates on fixed fee basis, charging a fixed fee of $395 inc gst per month. This covers everything from your letting fee, ingoing and outgoing reports, and routine inspections. If that wasn’t enough to excite you, the fixed monthly fee of $395 inc gst also covers expenses for internet advertising, professional photos and your end of year financial reports. We won’t charge the fee until the tenant has moved in and rental payments have commenced.

We know how important it is to have visibility over the condition of your rental property. To ensure both tenants and owners are satisfied with the state of the property, we conduct routine inspections every 3 months, commencing 6 weeks after a tenant has moved in. We will invite you to every inspection and encourage you to attend at least one a year. However, if you are unable to attend we will provide you with a thorough report, complete with photos.

Nothing is more stressful than a burst pipe under the sink, or a mystery crack in the living room window! Accidents happen, and routine repairs are all part of the renting experience. At CVue Property, we aim to provide fast and cost-efficient solutions for both the tenant and the owner, trying to be as non-invasive as possible. All maintenance requests are submitted by the tenant via an online app. The tenant is able to upload photos and any additional information we will require. We will then contact you and gain permission to have the works completed or quoted on.

If the matter is classified as an emergency, and we are unable to get in contact with you, we have a responsibility to complete the work as soon as possible.

We understand it can be a daunting process to rent your property out for the first time, so finding the perfect tenant for you is our biggest priority. Your property will be advertised on realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, rent.com, REIWA, CVue website, Gumtree, LinkedIn, Facebook, HR Agents, Relocation Consultants, CVue Tenancy Database & a ‘For Lease Board’ placed at your property if requested.

By casting such a wide net, we are able to offer you a varied selection of tenant applications. All applicants undergo a thorough screening process to ensure they are not only financially reliable, but also a good fit for your property. No applications are approved without your consent, unless you are uncontactable for 48 hours, in which case we will make an executive decision referring to your managing authority requirements.

Just let us know whatever your preferred contact method is, and we’ll be happy to accommodate you. While we love picking up the phone and speaking to our owner directly, we understand life can get pretty busy! We can communicate with you via sms, email, or your property management portal.
Our team at CVue Property knows the local area like their own backyard. We have specialised in property management and sales for decades, prioritising the experience of our tenants and owners every step of the way. With CVue, you’ll always be speaking directly with your property manager, rather than a confusing chatbot, so you can rest assured that your questions, concerns and feedback will never go unanswered.
There are many steps to finding the perfect tenant for your property, starting with outlining your desired qualities in your managing authority requirements. We primarily advertise your property online, and conduct a thorough screening process for all applicants that come through. Unlike the property management operations, we don’t guide your choice for a tenant based on their financial standing alone. While their ability to pay their rent is important, there are so many more qualities that make up a great tenant, such as a friendly nature and a desire to participate in the community (and no secret exotic pets of course!).
CVue routinely collects four weeks rent for bond and two weeks rent in advance prior to the tenants gaining access to your property. The bond will be held by the Bond Administrator and released to the tenant after they have vacated and the premises thoroughly checked.
